Included with your booking: Sauna (with steam), cold plunge (optional), aromatherapy, soft music, 1 drink ticket.

**Please be advised, this is a public sauna session. Each hour will be capped at 4 people. If you would like to make this a private sauna session, you must purchase all 4 tickets

Things to remember:
-Water Bottle

-2 towels (one for sitting on, one for using to dry off)

-Slip on shoes

-Change of clothes if you plan on staying after your session
